Depending on your source, either today or tomorrow is the first day of spring. Spring apparently arrives at some time today. Either way, tomorrow is the first FULL day of spring.
This winter has certainly been the mildest I've ever been through. We didn't really get any significant snow until some time in January. Unfortunately for me, that meant that I wasn't able to use my new snow shoes very often.
Now we await what spring and summer will bring us. I'm really hoping that the mild winter doesn't mean we're in for a cool and wet summer. We had one of those a few years ago and it made for some terrible camping.
On the other hand, I wouldn't want a very hot and humid summer either. I don't mind the heat so much, just spare me the humidity.
